ELB Filipino-Australian Football Association Inc provides the Community with several Programs and Events through the year. This includes Education and Training Programs for the youth, One on One sessions for personal development, and upskilling its members.
EDUCATION PROGRAM

The Education Program offers 3 Modules :-

- Module 1 - Social Interation
- Module 2 - Mental Awareness

- Module 3 - Physical Health

UPSKILLING

As part of being a member of the Organization we offer upskilling for coaches and mentors.
Coaching Credentials and Coaching Licences.
TRAINING PROGRAM
The Annual Training Program is a yearly project designed to monitor and evaluate particpants development and progress through detailed program. There are 2 groups involved in the program:-

- Grassroots & Youth
( 5 - 12 years old )
​
- Intermediate & Advance
(13 - 18 years old)
ONE ON ONE
One on one session are offered for personal development in all fields ranging from health, physical, mental, cognitive and social. During the One on One session we also offer Counselling and Mentorship.
TOURNAMENTS

Throughout the year we organize tournaments which allow the people of the community and other community organizations to be involved.
